I've chosen Event Bissy over Event Opro2 because Bissy looks much better. Now I'm getting H41 over J39 because h41 is better for leveling

I would assume J39 because it can use the BB5 guns while the H41 can only use BB4 Guns.

But H41 has more support/leveling slots than J39.

for fast overview:

H41 = Leveling purpose

J39 = for fun, especially when your crew is 110+ or better

I might recommend H41 over J39 due to speed differences.

Also, O Pro II and Bismarck are two very different toys.  Bismarck has 7 support slots but x4 triple 14.96" BB3 guns, which have a good spread and pack a punch.  The downside is that it caps at 39 knots so you can't exactly flag anyone down with it.

The O Pro II has 8 support slots and a higher BO requirement (see Rehor's EBB release notes in General Discussion).  While it only holds three of the same triple 14.96" BB3, it carries more bulge and still goes 42 knots.  It's also designed to carry shorter versions of the H39 guns but I wouldn't recommend it, as they're broken.  The O Pro II also has a narrow profile which makes it good for aggressive players.

How are the N version of H39 guns broken? Do you mean too bad spread?

They not only have poor spread, but low damage output and poor reload rate. The only thing they have is a slight range advantage over the 14.96" trips, which is just not worth the drawbacks. This is why you see so few players using the guns - they're just not balanced like the IJN 20" for the Shinano, failing to do anything to make up for the low barrel count. With 6 guns, they need to be far superior to their current state to be worthwhile.

Back to OP, I hold the O-Project II (1942) to be the better choice for leveling due to the extra support slot. And, with a lighter crew, it can easily get to 44 knots. The ship also has more options with setup and play style, whereas the Bismarck 1943 is a one-trick pony.

Thanks for the reply. So, unless you have 120 gunners, original guns are way more practical. That is what I understand from your post.

Not even.

The 16"N doubles will not have good spread with lvl 120 gunners. Thus, they are inferior to the 14.96" triples in just every single measure. And with my gunners (lvl 100 when I tested the guns) the 16"N did not show a visible range advantage, either.
