Was the maximal percentage of Veterans changed from 40% to 30% ?

If you are about to convert beyond 40% for example, you will get a pop up message telling you that it's not
possible. So did you get that message at 30%?

It has not changed, just really hard to get that high. And if you are using the store bought +10 vets you are capped at 100 total in use for those.

Thanks for the info. It is obvious though, but anybody can't know, how experienced was the questioner.

Anyway, the sailors have 30% Vets on Test Server and it seems they are maxed.
Any thoughts?

Couldn't say. I dont get on the test server. Ill know for sure in a little while. I am currenlty overvetting my gunners. Got 40 more to go to hit 30%. Ill let you know if it caps there or not for certain.

So I have tested at normal gaming server (Kaiser). Max percentage of vets is still 40%.
