I would recc the hack fixing, not the removal of FOW :P

aw im dissapointed its not the guy posting here who ussually tells nice FOW hack when he gets hit in the smoked area.

i understud cannot be removed, is a hack into client side, not server side, but i really wish to do something with this: or everybody use, or nobody.

is really frustrating when somebody from enemy team use, and is a lot of dudes who already use, when you are 1 vs 1 and he hit you without any scout, plane or ss, or your guns fog, when you think you are safe and that dudes win with unfair advantage.
