H39, is not a rushing ship. It is so weak and any BB will be able to cripple it with onesalvo or even oneshot. This ship is meant to be linefight.

Hell even in linefight it is "meh", you will rarely land a full salvo, you will usually deal 15 to 28k, instead of 34k potential.

AA is your lifesaver, too much high tier BB plays this game and you will be outrange. You have to blind them and take an opportunity to try landing a "full salvo".

The spread and range inconsistency really crippled the ship, in fact, this ship is quite overrrated for being "OMG too awesome"

Am I exagerating? No, after playing the IJN, UK and MN BB4, there is seriously a major problem with the H39.

You went unconventional for playstyle of KM until you got here So you're somewhat starting over.
 
What Richard said.  This thing is now too slow and the spread makes it a non threat.

Expect just about any and every Nelly and L1 AW set up to take your lunch money.

You cant kill them or run away from them.

Hopefully there is a remedy in the works.
