From reading the announcement accounts must be awake to redeem the 30 days, and I see no reason why they would change the rules for sleeping. That said, I can't remember if you can sleep your account right after awaking it or not. IIRC the only rules are for how long you can sleep the account.

You can't put it back to sleep right away. The 30 day is there so you can't just awaken your account, stock up
prem or take advantage of events and put it back to sleep.
