How about making the APA's Event ships that can be bought with normal credits like the CL each nation has? That way it would not be necessary to 'waste' a Bridge Operator by dedicating it to the APA.

If they did that then they have to find a way to recomp every person who has a BO for APA specifically. I have all 7, so I gotta say no. They are a special type of ship and should be earned.
