I'd like to be able to try premium ships before I buy them. Maybe a player could be allowed to rent one for 24 hours. New players are able to use a BB for 24 hours so why can't someone who wants to buy a premium ship be given the opportunity to test it before buying it? Experience Points can even be turned off, or just allow it to be used on missions so it's not abused. I'd like to try before I buy.

After I created my account after I completed the first tutorial missions I was given a Yamato to use for 24 hours in neutral and could load my low level crew onto it and use it. But this was just an example.

The training missions when you first make an account you get a yamato with auto and perfect accuracy that you can use as many times as you want in training missions for 24 hours.

He meant test drive it like a car. You generally do not buy a car unless you test drive it. Once you driven it, you will then make a desicion if the car (Ship in this case) is right for you. 

It would be nice to see some more ship availible for rental other than ships offered from harbors.

Ship rental is only for a fleet to controls a harbour would be nice if all can use this setting
