if you were refering to ship sprites, yes there is a group that does that, I forgot their website...
although your the only one who can see the sprite you changed
another thing is the whole ship in the game that you applied the new sprite is the same as your ship (e.g. you change the sprite of your L1 then the whole L1 in your game client have the same sprite as your L1)
