This should be US CA1, not Northampton.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pensacola-class_cruiser

Northampton should be slightly buffed and make it lvl 43 CA2, with Portland as its lvl 45 remodel.

This ship
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USS_Wichita_(CA-45)
should be added in parallel to CL.Cleveland, before Baltimore, in brooklyn line.

The U.K. has a stronger case for having the Attacker than the U.S. having the Bogue.

The fact is during the war the Royal Navy had more Bogue carriers (34) in service than the U.S. Navy (11).

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Escort_carrier#The_ships

The page you linked to doesn't include the 30+ escort carriers which were mostly made up of U.S. built Bogues they were re-classed by the Royal Navy into two groups Attacker & Ruler.

The Attacker’s were modified by RN in Canadian & British yards while the later Ruler’s had the modifications included in their construction.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bogue-class_escort_carrier

The U.S. choice for escort carrier was the Casablanca Class, having 50 in service during ww2.

From http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Casablanca_class_escort_carrier
“Originally, half of their number were to be transferred to the Royal Navy under Lend-Lease, but instead they were retained in the US Navy and the Batch II Bogue class escort carriers were transferred instead as the Ruler class (the RN's Batch I Bogues were the Attacker class).”

Well, in response to last question, if IJN CV1 is Hosho, US CV1 could have been Langley (not CV-27 of 1943, but CV-1 of 1920).
