Evanet Vanguard gubs armor penetreatig vaulue , is over povered compared to all others 30degrees guns in game. This is the only 30 guns that can penetrate 9.5' QV or italian BB6 cant so why 15' guns can ?

It has been issued about a year ago.It won't be changed anytime soon.Also, if the UP41 changes is on, it will just troll the crap out of AW L1,L2. In fact, becoming the RagingBraska with unstoppable shell.
