I am very annoyed that when I go on a expert burning spree or when i forget to recruit for a long time, i have to click on 
recruit button HUNDREDS OF TIMES. Simple suggestion, maybe you could hold down the arrow key to recruit faster?

Maybe you can right click on [RCT] button? This will give u full rookies with 1 click.

no need for suggestion cause its already in the game,

for faster way of putting recruit from 1 to full, right the [RCT],

if you want to set recruit to an amount you want use mouse wheel
