Tried to create a support ticket.. Internal Error on the server...

Would appreciate some help on this one.. lol.

What info does one need?  Shoot, its been over a year.  Shimano was my best CV when I had to stop playing. :-(  Had a Yamato BB too.  Few premium sailors too.

Any assistance from the administrators would be appreciated.

Edit- Got the ticket to roll through.  Wish me luck ladies and gents.  I am hoping to start playing a little bit but I REALLY do not want to start from scratch. Especially with all the premium items and sailors I had. :-(

My odd question is though.. When they archived all the inactive accounts.. why didnt they list them by account name and then just pull off of what they had backed up? 

Seems simple?  I am in IT and even I have to maintain that structure for everything.  Last in, First out when it comes to restoring data.
