UPDATE:

sorry it seems there is a bug or something, after succefully submitted a ticket, I saw a lots of support ticket that I already submitted, but I see internal server error message and yet it seems I submitted it successfully

 

hello gm can you kindly fix your support tickets, I try to submit support tickets to redeem my 400 medals, I already reach lvl50 on nf 2 and I'm having a problem submitting tickets
