To personal message somebody ingame (known as whisper) type /w .
To level up fast play Great Battle I or Great Battle II, but watch out you wont make as much credit and point as you would in Blitzkreig.

Also, refrain from using hedgehogs in early levels. Each gun's shot costs 500 credits! (Thats alot!)

I highly recommend reading some guides before you play, it helps alot.

the only sips i have is a newbie destoyer and a yamaot battle ship wich i can only use in the beginners BB mission

read the guides as bloodsky said they help alot and wont leave u clueless on the things of the game (yes this is not an easy game to learn like call of duty etc)
