How to create a Fleet
In order to form a fleet, you have to meet the following requirements.
You need to have:
1) An "O.N.O. ~ Officer of Naval Operation", which is on Level 50.
2) 1,000,000 CREDITS (In game credit) to order to form a fleet.
3) The minimum 10 players (parties) in your Squared which excluding the Fleet Leader, but you don't need 10 members to maintain the fleet once you create.
4) A logo for your Fleet Seal, and the requirement are as below:
Remark: You can register fleet without the Fleet Seal, but when you make up the Fleet Seal after the creating Fleet process, then you need to spend another 1,000,000 credits just for make up the Fleet Seal.
How to create a Fleet Logo and how to upload
Here are the requirements:
1) File Type: 24 Bit BMP
2) File Size: 20 x 20 Pixel
3) File Name: FleetMark.bmp (Please be careful for the Capital Letters) (If you can't see the seal appear in game when you do uploading, then, please take away the " .bmp " and just write FleetMark as the file name and retry
4) Tips:
* Black RGB(00,00,00) will be shown transparent in the game.
* The regular black will be RGB(03,03,03) and this is the starting point for the color.
