After installing game it crashes always with the error message in the link. I followed your "Troubleshooting- Install,remove,start game". But always the same. I reinstalled and installed game several times. Also tried green version, but always crashing at same point with same error message. I never was able to reach the point of login. Always crashing before. Hope you can help. Thanks
