Andreyeff	After rollback of the harbors done on the 21st of May, our (RA) fleet leader (shlyupkin) radio operator has a bug. Again. When will you fix it?

katzerich	rule No 1: NEVER NEVER NEVER rollback in harbor declaration phase.... Mr vinnson, tell that well known fact your partners doing the technical part here NEVER ! if have to: communicate BEFORE, give the FLEETLEADERS a chance to CANCEL ! old problem, no communication...
