Premium ship Type-IX C/40 (Nationality: KM, Ship Class: SS) 
like calculated at the 95 level sailors, but for some reason not all of them are active(unqualified level) on this type of ship as the torpedo sailor.
What's wrong... or I something do not understand?
That's crazy... of the captain is level 95 and 105 torpedo!?...
Can the ship be moved to level 105 instead of level 95?
