Ok...dl # 6 got a clean install...Now I got Hacking error 204...


I suppose enabling ports in the router can help....any suggestions as to which?

Enabled these ports:

Navyfield uses 16671 and 8060 (Both TCP)

It also uses port 80 (http) but that's normally not necessary to forward


26 files were updated....that was new.....still Error 204 hacking protection.


Dunno what to do...

You may have success using the tips in the Data File Corruption threads. This thread has HTTP downloads for the game files:

You can alter the URLs to some extent to make sure you download the newest versions of the game and patch if necessary, e.g. we're at 1.326 now. (After a quick check, looks like there is a http://navyfieldusa-sdenternet.ktics.co.kr/Download/NF1326.exe so you might only need that.)

It doesn't sound like your error is exactly the same, but this may still get you around the problems you're having. In particular, one of the steps that I followed in the data file corruption error's solution caused me to get a hacking error message as well. This was simply due to temporarily incongruous file data.

try this:

it will clean all related program folders and and subfolders..

then reinstall NF
