not really, especially on BB. you'd be better off with another engy or rep. really only ever used seaman on cv to help give fighters a lil extra punch in dogfights. i dont think they really do enough to support crew to make the spot worth it over another eng or rep. possibly if you have a 120 uber god mode seaman bve'd to the hilt.

I recommend using another support sailor rather than the seaman. Reps and Engs are far working than the latter.
