Hey huskie, old player here too.

Have you tried opening your items tab in-game? it shows you the prem ships you have. Just click the Emerald on the list and it will ask you if you want to receive it.

Once received, you may grab your RN BO and go check your shipyard. It should be there. Hope it helps.
