mine is Win10 too

It happened to me once. Even reinstall or restart doesn't work. I solved this only when i do a clean reinstall of Windows 10 (full reset my pc). You can try this method.

If all else has failed, and its not going to be a bother or time consumingfor you, do a clean uninstall/reinstall of your windows OS then before putting any other apps on your laptop, install Steam/NF first.

NF if its good on your computer, it is good, if it sucks it sucks. Good luck and hope you enjoy your NF career as the others have. xD
