If you buy KPCoins worth 300 usd/2000RMB, you get to redeem it using the ticket system for any BB/CV6.5 you want.
Or wait until you spend 600usd/4000RMB, you get to redeem CV/BB7.
This event is an accumulated purchase, if I were you I will wait until I accumulate 4000RMB/600USD and redeem it for a 7, get the Admiral Scheer for HD/HA. xD
One you redeemed your purchases, it goes back to 0, buy 2000 or 4000RMB worth of KPCoins and you get another one of your choice thru the ticket system.
Sample for me. When I came back April, I have made an accumulated purchase of 4000RM/600usd worth of KPCoins, I redeemed it for the KM BB7 Admiral Scheer. I also had an option to redeem it for 2 CV/BB 6.5 but chose not to and instead get the BB7.
Now my accumulated KPCoin purchase goes back to around 0, so I needed to spend another 300 or 600 to get one event BB.CV6.5 or 7.
