PCL that are somewhat worth it are :

Bayern (lol setup with the 11" singles) and overall fun with the 5.9

Texas (uses the NH 3x8")

so the IJN one is bad over all i just cant stand being in this agano and i have sailoirs needed to be lvled

thats 10 short levels. You'll be in Mogami fast enough.

Agano meanwhile can use interesting duals range-wise.

PCL are best for breaking the dull BB grind with some blitz or GB fun. The grind around lvl 30ish is short so they are not worth it solely for that purpose and PCLs work better with a bit high lvl crew (shell spotting and gun lvl)

MN Gamelin: not sure if 12" duals post nerf

Most can AW enough for blitz and can be a real nuisance in the current environment. Easily dodge enemy torps, auto fcs, and bad spread while supporting heavy firepower.

In GB, you will most likely play with high lvl gunners allowing them to blockshot while weaving through BB shells. They can also be good against subs with PHH.

Dhonburi>Mogami in most of the case.

In my own experience coz. i tested all PCL. If u are a short range user get the KM PCL it rocks w/ his triple 5.9" guns and if u like long range get the USN PCL

Note: I used elite and boosted crew w/ reload guns
But mostly i use the KM PCL it's fun pawning a CA and when u reach the moltke man it rocks in blitz

Ohh I forgot somethin SN has no PCL wish they release one

with an at lvl crew for a agano you wont be to happy with the ijn pcl.

if you got good gunners for it, its a fun ship (semi blocking donbhuri is a fine piece in blitz),
but if you can't hit with the agano you'r not gonna have fun with the 2 guns on the pcl either.

you might want to switch to the yubari (event cl, free for all lvl 24) for a change, she's ok as well

TBH: ijn prem ships (except the PCV's) are useless and waste of olives.
Asama just sucks ........
