It's closed and more then 50% of the player base has voted "YES" any idea if they are gonna or arnt gonna change the current HA times??

I want to see the changes implemented, but I'd also like to see if the end of summer vacation boosts declarations over the next 4-5 weeks. The end of June was like a switch where HA's were effectively shut off. I'm curious to see if the people saying it was summer break can be believed.
