Anyone else have problems receiving in game items bought from the NF Store ?

It looks like it's just the Elite Sailors that are not appearing in the 'Item' window.
I purchased 3 Premium Sailors and they appeared in the 'Item' window almost immediately.

I still haven't got the items, even though my ticket was replied to with 'the items should appear in game'.

Checked the HQ slots, Item window and inventory.

Submitted another ticket.

Do they show in purchase history and have you verified that the payment went through?
