Don't build your crew around those who think you have to have certain stats on a sailor type to have a bad
arse ship performance, etc. You have vested time and money into those ENGs, use them!

I sink people every time I log on that have "superior" crews with sailor types like "11/11/11 or "10/10/12", etc.
Means jack squat when you the person with all those bad arse sailor types fails. No offense meant towards you, richard. <3

Yeah, you want the best stats you can get, but again, be assured, at lvl90+, those ENGs you have will do
just fine and be able to compete just fine given your a player with some in-game ship smarts. My UK BB QV
crew did and is just fine, I do just fine in sinking crap, and I have a 'crappy" crew....
