As I've not seen any activity from TNF Kaiser to promote another season of FL, I'm thinking of creating a alternative version of the FL for competition and fun.

A major problem with creating such a league would be the support from the player base, and if I'm able to recruit any volunteers for a ref team.

If I can get enough people interested (~30 posts on this thread with at least 4 different fleet leaders from Kaiser server), I'll get some drafts made and contact higher-TNF on prizes.

Note, if my league runs, there's a chance it won't be sponsored by SDE, and there will not be a prize for the winners.

I really dont think we play for the prizes anyways, we play for the fun of going against other fleets

because if I remember doc said FL would be back in september, well month is almost over and not a peep

I think the NF forums will work if I'm in charge with the help of the other forum mods.

Exactly what I was thinking, I haven't seen doc around at all on the forums/FL forums for a few months it seems.

if your playing RL devil u must know he can forget and RL is more important then a game.. im sure he has a perfect excuse.

Angus, you will need refs. If you run the league at a different schedule than the Nebraska FL then I can go to Kaiser and Ref.

All I need is a lvl6 radioman so I can add some people, and that can be easily arranged =)

currently not in a fleet, no idea if I'll be anytime soon, honestly.

If you need some ref, I'll do what I can. Be warned my life is quite busy lately tough, so giving long term disponibility is a bit hard, and some even depend on the weather...

TC would be interested but was waiting for some official announcement. Needs to be organized with active refs there has been a few times where no refs were on and wasted everyones time.
