How about an event or day or something where the chances of rolling good crew is increased? I'm not sure how it
is set up right now. I assume there is some % based program that could easily be manipulated to allow for
increased chance of getting +12 stats or something for rolls? It would be nice to have a time where we could roll
for more sailors without having to go through 5000 rolls to get maybe 5 good sailors.
