because to many people complain about ss being OP and in night battle they would be even more so

if only they boosted night battle exp every single day...

Please if you are not going to answer the question, don't answer at all.

The real reason, is that the Night Battle game mode was designed way before SS class was introduced to the game. Therefore, they were not considered in the ship types that can enter that battle. After their introduction to the game, this game mode hasn't changed, so they are not allowed.
