What V2C said is important. Get an Acc gunner (elite 13 acc / 11 rel, 12 acc / 11 rel, or 12 acc / 10 rel) and class them RELOAD. I learned the hard way not to use 10/12 and then class them reload. Bummer!

With UK gunners 13/11 classed REL and BVE you'll reach BOTH caps before level 80. The caps have been raised from Adalbert's original calculation by about 10-20% (apparently, nobody knows the exact amount).
