Vetrting Crews, Why does this fail so often?  It seems like it fails 80% of the time.

Whats the easiest way to do it,  without having to pay with olives?   Is there somthing I can do to increase the chance of sucess?

it is meant to fail most of the time.
The more vets you already have on your sailor the worse it gets.

Low level sailors with no vest have a very high succes rate while high level sailors... not so much.
This is why people wait for events and the like.
