Because my first ticket was already FIXED. They sent me the OLIVES. But I purchased for the 2nd time, the 2nd time it didn't arrive also, and I cannot send a ticket. I have used Google CHrome, Firefox, IE, Safari. Still the same. Saying "Support NavyField Requested not Complete" Please try again later.. It keeps always saying that.. I have the transaction ID with me.
