  • I bought OLIVES for $15, but IT DIDN'T ARRIVE IN my ACCOUNT?

Hi! my first had arrive because I sent a TICKET, but I cannot send another ticket yesterday until today. What am I gonna do? Please help me Game Mods! Hope you send me in the OLIVES that you owe. I have the transaction ID, I cannot send a SUPPORT TICKET. I dont know why

It cut the title off. Edit your post and put the whole problem in there. (Tip, never rely on your title to convey your message, always put it in the main text as well)

Yes No ticket! Because I cannot send one. it keeps saying Support Navyfield cannot send your Request. Please try again later. For 3days now.. How could I send a ticket?

Question what browser are you using? if Firefox try Opera or IE

Because my first ticket was already FIXED. They sent me the OLIVES. But I purchased for the 2nd time, the 2nd time it didn't arrive also, and I cannot send a ticket. I have used Google CHrome, Firefox, IE, Safari. Still the same. Saying "Support NavyField Requested not Complete" Please try again later.. It keeps always saying that.. I have the transaction ID with me.

The only thing I can think of is try different titles in the subject line/time etc. Try to avoid things like : and other funny characters. Had a ticket earlier where I put in a : and it refused to process.

Not much else I can do for ya

Thank you for suggesting. I hope they fix the Support Contact Us page. Because I still cannot send a ticket... I still have not got my 200 olives which is $10.. I have my transcation ID. But I cannot post it here I think..

At this point lets get the olive issue fixed first. send the information incl the transaction number to
[email protected] instead od the ticket
