I have come back after 7 months, i left when SOviet navy was just introduced and it wasnt that good..

Can anyone bring me up to speed in what has happened since.

Yep, just like "SN was just introduced and it wasn't that good". Just like the IM, the BB4 and BB5's were so terrible.
