No-one is forcing you to do this. The fact that you can now sell sailors for premium on the trade area makes this far better than before.

he wants to buy prem stuff with RL money again....

so it is one extra step to buying stuff. On the upside, you get a currency that allows players without real money to enjoy premium items through the new trade system or attendance. I can see olives being used more often in the future as prizes for events such as drops or TNF hosted.

I was very apprehensive about this at first too. But so far apart from the in game trade market "crash", SDE gets people to buy olives and player who can't buy olives with real cash can now do so through the selling of investments. It so far seems like a good move. Weird huh..?..

although... if people are actually giving SDE 2000 olives worth of cash to buy sailors this might get unethical..

85%+ of the server(s) have now turned into olive grabbing jokes...

the whole in game trade system has been almost wiped out buy this stupid new prem trade system.

pages of great sailors to buy decimated.

111-120 used to be 1-3 pages... now only half a page or less
100-110 used to be 1-5 paged... now only half a page or less

That 1 page "total" of 100-120 crew are mostly all bad bases, power leveled or non BVE.

Looking for any "decent" crew... ?? go buy olives
