How about adding a hot key that takes your ship up to its maximum cruising speed without going into overheat? I waste tons of time pushing buttons trying to get my speed right, and its very annoying. I think this would be a very useful feature.

I don't think it would make it really easier, but it would be convenient.
And also maybe it would mean getting rid of that little bug that makes your ship going into overheat ... at the base speed!

I would prefer that they removed the bug where you aren't showing as OH, but you technically are using it.

Doing both would actually make sense. A simple ship-speed patch, fixing that bug and adding a key that act like the B key, but for speed.

Recommended. In relation, I wonder if typing the actual numeric speed helps. Like typing a hotkey + numeric speed.
