wait a week or two and it will likely show up in-game after one of the weekly patch nights ...

Or you can simply rename the component sprite in the SPR folder.

Look in the old forum posted by Obst about Harbour, Night or whatever similar might sound.
It is posted in GT or Tip if I recall.

The next Patch (Probably Tomorrow Night) will have the Night Harbors in it.

if you don't want it, copy your SPR folder to your desktop and overwrite it after that patch.
