Kind of a wild idea but hear me out.

What got me thinking was that we have so many unused areas because missions dont give out anything. The idea is
that 3 fleets will join together in a somewhat "shaky" alliance to delcare war on all other ships and users excluding members
of the 3 fleets. The goal of these three fleets is, in a time limit of ONE WEEK, win every area on the map excluding trade,
battle, and some beginner areas. All of the harbors able to be fought in.

Now for gameplay. It will be like any other GB battle but it will be held in mission areas. The "aggressor" team (three fleets)
needs to have a full team of bbs, cvs, etc (like in a normal gb) to announce an attack on a square. This attack will be announced
over the whole server and people(of all fleets except the three of course) can come to "defend" that tile like any GB game. If
the "aggressors" win then they win control of that tile. Exp rates on Global Domination would be like 30%-50% more than GB
to give it more excitement and clearly Global Domination cant be happening continously so people would still have to play GB and
other modes.

If the three fleets manage to take over every tile, including harbor tiles (which are like HA's but open to everyone), they win several
things. First is the prestige. Second is access to all benefits of owning all the harbors. There will still be HA's but the one fleet in control
of that harbor  will continue to hold on to that particular harbor like usual but (im going to use an analogy) they will be " like a military governor"
while the three fleets are like the "kings/queens of the land".

Now if the aggressors win, after two weeks of peace, there will be opppurtunity for rebellion(delcared by at least 5? fleets) and all players may attack the land from within and
take back the tiles to make life back to normal. HA's would be totally seperate from Global Domination.

Alright guys this is a serious suggestion. I think it would be fun. Constructive Criticism appreciated (insults not).
