I just had a quick question about who gets the experts I get from AAing.  Do the experts I get from AAing go only to the gunners who are using the AA guns?  Or are the experts distrubuted throughout my whole crew?

They are distributed across your whole crew.

If you want to expert specific sailors take the rookies off the crew you dont want/need experted right away.
