BB1-6, I think I would agree with SylverXI.

I think for BB6 there is a fair arguement for Kaiser and Amagi in certain situations.

for PCA i like the russian one better than MN now that MN is nerfed, cus the russian one has the range.

So like what are the strengths of the SN and MN? I'm pretty sure MN are being tiny and hitting like trucks with 5 billion guns, but what's the SN like?

I currently have a KM BB line and IJN CV line, and I'm thinking of making something in SN or MN, but I can't seem to decide which. I am so far thinking an MN BB line, but I'm really not sure.

EDIT: Oh and I have a KM SS too.

SN has good DD-CA, then poor BB. BB4 is godly. Generally unbalanced as a nation though.

This is all dependent on whether the game mode is GB or Normal

BB1: Really don't care but the AP for SN is cute, otherwise useless
BB2: Colorado,
BB3: My vote is on Bismark for BB rooms, O pro 2 for GB
BB4: Stalingrad, Although I personally would prefer the H39 in a BB room
BB5: Lion II is the most effective to the average user, All can be pretty devastating if used right, or the player is lucky enough to encounter useless bb's on the opposing side.
BB6: QV for farming GB's, unless there's another BB6, Kaiser is a pain in the right hands. It depends on the battle type in the end, Nebby wins the beauty award that's for sure.

CV's: FW: T4's: US, T3 and below: KM. Will wait to see if they will balance out SN before I give a definitive answer on bombers

I do believe people are looking at this all wrong, yes some nations and better range others have better fire power and there is a clear ranking of them but you can't say that Eg. Richelieu is crap because if used right it can do great things and with the bb6's nebby is the bb6 which has great range and a good hitting power so I would agree that it would be rated up higher than others but it isn't the best if it was the best that would mean a queen vic, Kaiser, P24, Carrot and Amagi would never kill it but I see them do it all the time, yes some people may be better at the game but really ranking bb6's isn't really helping you should be saying more of:

US BB6: Great range, really good hitting power
UK BB6: Great range (tad shorter than us), excellent hitting power
IJN BB6: Excellent Range, Outstanding hitting power
KM BB6: Outstanding Range, good hitting power
MN BB6: Good range I believe (haven't played one), Outstanding hitting power
USSR BB6: I can not rate this ship as I have not played it or seen it enough in battle.

Yes some of my ratings may be off a bit please correct me if I"m wrong on anything but this is how I see the BB6's
