I joined back navyfield recently and i decided to try France. "Marine Nationale"

I have 2 AA Gunners who just hit Level 23 and there is supposed to be positions for AA Gunners by lvl 20.

So i followed the sailor tree. made them into arm sailors and thereafter,
comes along the 2nd Mch.GUN position.

The thing is, I still don't see the position for Arm sailor --> 2nd Mch.GUN.
The only available position is for Arm sailor --> Gunner.

Please assist anyone?
