Some people actually rather Play than Wait *Gasp* or rather not get blind,scouted,fightercamped and bombed all at the same time.

If you have a reason for objecting to this,it better be good,otherwise,at best,your naive,or at worst,a crackpot (Come silence me if you want Gestapo!)

Otherwise,Play>Wait.

Blame shared exp rooms + the fact that SDE hates normal rooms (Especially when it comes to event bonuses)

BB Rooms are also part of event bonuses. Have we already forgotten Select Mode BB?

Certainly your not implying that the herd play's something other than Great Battle,Blitzkrieg and the occasional CV AB Select Rooms? (As far as shared exp rooms go)
