It sucks. I had stuff that was premium too. where did that stuff go? I paid real money for that.

Its seems that inactive accounts have been locked. You need to open a ticket and they will restore.

BTW, 1 minute after the ticket was open, GM restored the account. Kudos.

After few months of inactivity accounts not in use the account contents are backed up and wiped clean for safekeeping. Send support ticket and TeamNF GM's will be more than happy to help you.
