You obviously are new in software or computer, because if you need someone to show you how to use Fraps, then that is wrong. However, since you are still unexperienced:
Further, you got to pay for using fraps, and most software are not free. And not every computer are able to record and play altogether, most of the time, you will end up with utter fail footage with horrible frame rate because your rig is no match.
You can try hypercam2 , apparently, they turn it into freeware now. Or the trial version of fraps, which lets you record 30 or 60 seconds only.
To summarize, if you want to record gameplay, make sure you have decent rig and have a decent software and what game you're going to use with.
