  • Christmas Coin gift???

I don't want to ask for too much from these holiday events, but I do have one request.  How about NF gift all players with  5 coins for Christmas day.  Its not that much to ask and players that need those coins for a ship shouldn't feel the urge to be away from family on that day.  Please reccomend if this is a good idea.  Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the flame towboat42. In fact, I don't need that days coins....but I am sure some do. Besides, my point is about how sacred the day is to many and why put a game in the middle of that.

Edit: I did send a ticket, and will wait to see what they say. Hope its, "merry Christmas"

You are well within the limits to get at least 2 ships even with missing a week. This event is more than generous.

If a player is willing to ditch his family to be dedicated to this game, then shame but reward him.

Basically this.

The event runs a total of 36 days. That's up to 180 coins and any number of random drops. (Low drop rate, but 36 days of it...) An EBB3 costs 80 coins. So you can miss 20 coins and still get two top prizes. And you have to miss more than 100 coins before you can't get an EBB3 at all.

GM should give them a 100$ rebate since we are at it. Player will never be happy.

what would be a nice christmas PRESENT from NFNA/SDE would be something like ....




allow players to EARN their daily 5 coins as per event ... BUT ..

... ALSO ..... GIFT all players an ADDITIONAL 6 coins that day ..


(in honor of the NF 6th years anniversary thing .. and total would be 11 coins that day .. for year end of 2011)




i think its worth a thought at least ....

this would allow those who can't play to get their coins for the day .. (and one extra from santa)
and at the same time reward those who DO play christmas day with their own earned 5 coins
win-win and spread good cheer with a MERRY CHRISTMAS thank you from SDE for the past 6 year
