Yeah, I don't care what anyone says, they nerfed it, I rolled over 400 times last night (i counted) only 1 +12, it was in AAW, lol. Pretty crummy thing to do to the newer players especially. I gues they thought it would spur sailor buying, which I don't mind, but they should at least say "hey, we're planning to break the sailor rolling system, so don't waste hours of time trying to roll sailors anymore" Based on what I make at work, I could have just bought 2 full crews of elites with the money I lost, and saved my frustration.

also lots of +14 pot and more 11's than i remember from last time i rolled, at least this way i am making a early start on my Italy crew.

I noticed this too few ago it was easy to get some +12 sailors now i must buy them and because in credits trade system is awesome (i saw lvl +90 sailor for 900mln credits) i decided to buy for olives and great waiting 24h for transaction complete. So better buy lvl12 elite from item store and save your time and cash

Its just my personal observation, but I find that rolling good sailors has a specific time/date to it. It changes and is totally random, when one day the 15pot comes like it was nothing, the other day its almost 200k points down and still no 15pot sailor. Then theres the almost immediate +12 sailor, after just a few rolls, contrasted by the 10k points spent before any +12 sailor appears.

The key is to know when to stop: if after 5k points theres still no good sailor then stop rolling, maybe its not the time. Be ready when the +12 sailors are easy to roll, and keep rolling/collecting them. One time I was very lucky with pilots, then another day engineers, so its somewhat 'seasonal'.

When its dry, play some games to collect points.Then when its good, roll and collect, levelup and sell for easy creds/points/olives.

I have a method that has seemed to work over the years.
I roll no more than 70 times If I don't get anything I stop.
But when you can get a 12 in under 70 rolls generally you will get another in the same amount after that and once I don't I stop again. Have been able to get all nations full bb crews this way (not all leveled yet) and even a few cv crews and 3 ss crews.
As far as the 15 pot go I wish I could trade them and some of the extra 12's but I can't be bothered to take the time and sit and wait in trade area, forget the trade system it is more corrupt than anything in NF.

I certainly don't know the logic behind the code, but randomness doesn't have anything to do with it.

If you are a newbie, you will roll great sailors. If you are advanced, you will roll trash. I had a separate account (now closed) and I rolled +12s all the time. However, to your other point. I have never rolled a +15 POT at anytime.

Always +12 Torps, +12 Bombers or +12 Restores......

I've rolled 4 +15 Pot. in my few yrs playing, 2 of them I had to watch disappear as I let go of the mouse button while in a rolling trance

i got +15 pot instant by just clicking in creating sailor but looking for torps for my sub torpers,

20min yesterday a lot of +12 pass but don't need them =.=, +12 bombers, +12 fp, 11/11 gunners, +12 rel and a 11/11/10 torp/rep/rest :D
