It would be tons helpful if the rooms in this game had an active countdown timer or count up timer like the game does when you are in combat instead of the message that displays every minute after 5 minutes since when you join later you have to wait for it to pop up or if it is already at 9 minutes it would disband. Seems simple enough to program by just syncing everyones timer with the host timer as they enter the room or something.
