I suggest making 5 part  missions , 5 players max, that is difficult but doable to beat
that drops a +14 Sailor that cannot be traded or sold but can be dismissed like Bound to account.
Or maybe olives can drop( ill leave NF to decide ammounts)

Example: a lvl 12 SN +14 Engy(other stats +9)

And with that sailor drop 4 minor NF items for the other players in ther group.

Example:10 naval mines or 5 smoke bombs or 5-10 hedgehogs, or 10 expert, 5 vets

And like 75k exp and 1 mill creds and points for each player for completing each stage
and a bonus of 200k exp and 2 mill creds and points for completing the
whole mission and all will be ajusted for each lvl grade (1-30, 30-60,60-90, 90-120).

And these missions can only be Completed Once a week by each player/account

Nf can make like 2-3 of these types of missions

and maybe 4-5 minor missions that drop minor NF items like
10 naval mines or 5 smoke bombs or 5-10 hedgehogs, or 10 expert, 5 vets

i think these types of mission will attract and retain players to this game
