Fraps is quite good, but limited to 30s recordings in the free version

fraps is indeed good if u have the harddrive space to hold files where 2-3 minutes = around 2-5 gb space and if u have the computer to handle the extra frames drop.... fraps lowers frames by 10-15 frames when recording unless its nf ofcourse then it stays at 25 frames (max on nf)

xfire is decent. Works fine with me and I still get about 60fps even when broadcasting on xfire.
