  • Quick ship selection (hotkeys) - updated

My idea is to have hotkeys for ship selection at battle area.
Why i must go back to shipyard to get my next ship? Why not i cant i press hotkey to exchange ships?

"Ok, i take my BB out and i go to battle area, dam - BB full, but thank god 2 more CVs can join, so i go back to shipyard and take my CV out, dam again - CVs full, maybe i can get my SS fast?. Ok, back to shipyard, i take my SS and come back to battle area - fokk, battle started, it took too muych time to get next ship. :("

So, why not hotkeys for that:
CTRL+1 - ship #1
CTRL+2 - ship #2
CTRL+3 - ship #3

You don't need a radioman to start a room...

He obviously is not playing blitz if he is switching to SS because BB are full.

Dont worry, i cant play blizz, my BOs r lvl 80+ if u r so interested.
Just my point is that i have 15 ships or something and 3 diferent nations and it takes imo too much time to get next ship out, all the scrolling at shipyards, etc. And i dont want to create rooms, cos i have better things to do, when waiting for even CVs and BBs (like MSN, coffe etc).
Why we cant have hotkeys for 3 ships?

rofl, you weren't reading what his suggesting...

it doesn't involve creating a room, he's suggesting a new way or faster way to get the ship you want to use or switch too fast... instead of the old go to harbor finding your ship and launch then the room you want to join is full of bb/cv/ss

I like this idea, +1 from me...

and you don't need BO or radio man to host a room... even a new player with lvl 1 sailors can host a room
